Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in their original condition
  • with tags attached
  • in the original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at support@robenti.com.

Once your return request has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Once the original item is received and approved, Robenti will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the conditions outlined above:

  • unworn and unused
  • with tags attached
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
